We ship all orders via Expedited Parcel, which includes tracking and delivery confirmation.

Shipping Times:

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped from British Columbia.

Shipping Fees:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel weight. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, stay tuned!

Tracking:

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your parcel every step of the way.

At this time we are only shipping to Canada!

Return Policy

At Shop Tropiq, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our products. For hygienic and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.
